1. Services Provided

Loving Myself Boudoir Photography offers professional boudoir photography sessions, including pre-session consultations, guided photo shoots, image selection, and delivery of digital or printed products. All services are by appointment only.

2. Booking & Payments

- A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

- Full payment is due by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- Session fees do not include digital images or products unless stated.

- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered or products delivered.

3. Session Conduct

- Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.

- The session may include intimate posing, wardrobe changes, and the use of props.

- Respectful, professional behavior is expected at all times by both client and photographer.

- The photographer reserves the right to terminate the session if inappropriate conduct occurs—no refunds will be given.

4. Model Release (Optional)

Clients will be asked to sign a model release granting or denying permission for the use of images for promotional purposes. No images will be shared publicly without written consent.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

- Clients may reschedule one time with at least 14 days notice.

- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the retainer.

- In case of an emergency, rescheduling is at the discretion of the photographer.

6. Image Delivery

- Final edited images are delivered via an online gallery within 14 days after your photo reveal or image selection.

- Galleries are accessible for 30 days after delivery.

- Additional fees may apply for re-opening expired galleries or re-editing images.

7. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for:

- Loss of images due to technical failure beyond reasonable control

- Injury or property damage during the session

- Dissatisfaction with personal appearance in the images

8. Copyright

All images are the intellectual property of Loving Myself Boudoir Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license upon full payment and do not own the copyright.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
